CARA MEMASUKKAN UKURAN ISO MILLING

Faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pembuatan ukuran ISO pada proses Milling :

 1. Kecepatan spindle.

2. Ketajaman cutter.

3. Ketegak lurusan head/spindle terhadap bed/meja mesin.

4. Ketegak lurusan vice terhadap spindle.

5. Kerataan material terhadap spindle, dalam arah pemotongan

Proses pembuatan :

misal “ Pembuatan ukuran 20-h7 (0/-0.018 mm) “.

1. Anggap pembuatan ukuran ISO itu biasa, tetap tenang dan yakinlah bisa. karena pada dasarnya prosesnya sama seperti memasukkan ukuran umum atau khusus yang lain.

2. Setelah clamping material, cek kerataan material dengan menggunakan inside/outside dial terlebih dahulu, pastikan benda kerja rata baik sumbu x maupun sumbu Y.

3. Pada proses cutting/penyayatan, setting dengan kecepatan spindle (Rpm) rendah apabila ukuran masih jauh dari sasaran ukuran. dan gunakan cutter roughing, serta maksimalkan pemotongan.

4  4. Cek kepararelan material kemudian sesuaikan posisi material dengan menggunakan dial (pastikan rata baik sumbu X maupun sumbu Y). Kemudian masukkan depth pemakanan sesuai ukuran 20-h7 dan cutting dengan kecepatan Rpm tinggi. Logikanya ketika kecepatan Rpm tinggi, bagian permukaan akan lebih rata penyayatanya dan surfacenya akan lebih halus (karena biasanya ukuran ISO menuntut surface roughness N6).

5. Cek ukuran 20-h7, apakah sudah masuk ukuran atau belum. Ketika dimensi masih diatas sekitar +0.02mm, lakukan penyayatan lagi tanpa penambahan depth of cut, karena akan memakan lagi (logikanya ketika pemakanan berat, faktor defleksi dari cutter belum diperhitungkan). Kemudian cek ukuran tersebut.

6. Apabila ukuran 20-h7 ada beberapa tempat yang masih +0.01, lakukan cutting dengan cutter finishing diameter kecil (Ø6mm - Ø12mm). Lakukan proses seperti diatas mulai dengan men-dial material.

7. Jangan lupa berdoa dahulu sebelum mengawali praktik machining.

My Beloved Family

My name is Ahya Al Anshori, but you can call me Ahya. I think I live in happiness and special family. You know why ?. Because I have a family that love me and love each other so much. Every family must have their own characteristics, now I will tell about my family, about the special things of us, and about characteristics of my family.

I will begin it with my father first. My father is the leader of my family of course. He was born in Klaten, September 21^st 1967, so he is 44 years old. Although he is old enogh, but my father is looked like still young, and he is more like my own brother than my father. My father is a person that I’m proud so much. He is an enterpreneurer in furniture and a head of household in our village. He is a hard worker, professional, always energic, good spirit, firmly and wisely of course. My father always tells us about honesty, because honesty is the first and the most important thing from principle of our family. the characteristic of my father is when we had a bad mistake, he always scolded us first, but after that he must invite us to our favorite place, another that he is the most commitment person that I have ever met, I study more about commitment from him. I always hope that I can have my father’s commitment. I’m sure, I won’t be like this without my father.

Mother is a person that identically full of love, and of course with my mother. she was born in Klaten, December 31^st 1969. She is a housing tailor. She’s a hard worker too like my father. She is number one person and the most influential person in my life and she is the most beautiful woman that I have ever met. My mother never scolded me. The characteristic of my mother is, she always told me not to forget our pray. She always give us the best. From her, I can know what is love and what is family the truth. If my father teaches me hardly, my mother teaches me lovely and smoothly.

I’m the first child in my simple family. I have a brother and a sister. My brother, Nur Kholish Mujib was born in Klaten November 22^nd 1996. Now, he’s still on the first year in Vocational High School in Klaten. From Elemantary to Vocational School, our school is always same. But the concentration is different, I took mechanical engineering and my brother took automotive engineering based on my suggestion. Actually we are so closed each other, but we have some differet characteristics of course. When we have spare time, we usually play badminton and sometimes we play football games. I always told him that he must reach better than I am, and I’m sure he can do it better much more than I am. My sister is about 5 years old. She was born in Klaten September 11^st 2007. Now she is in playgroup on last year. She is very smart child, it looks like from her liveliness. She is very garrulous and very fierce, but she is always scared of me.

Like an arrow, I’m the point of arrow because I’m the first child, so I have responsibility to direct our brother and sister for the next.

I think, my family is more like a group. Everyday if we don’t have another activity, we always pray maghrib together. For once a month, usually we have our special holiday full a day for our family, like going to fishing place, swimming pool, and sometimes going to educational place, like Taman Pintar Prambanan Temple, etc. I always thanks to Allah because I have very special family that always love and take care of me so much. Without them, I’m nothing and I can’t do anything. I love you so much.
